  The following Terms and Conditions relate only to new customers registering online. If you are an existing customer, please sign in to view the Terms & Conditions that relate to your own account.
   
  We normally deliver direct to your door within 5 days for ‘in stock’ items. Items that are sent direct from the manufacturer, heavy furniture and goods requiring personalisation may take a little longer. Please note, this delivery policy does not apply to orders from our preview catalogues - please refer to the homepage of the preview catalogue website for delivery dates for these orders.

On the rare occasions that an item is out of stock we may send you a carefully chosen alternative of equivalent quality and price. If you wish your order to be sent to a different address, simply click "Add new address" on the checkout page and follow the instructions given. When your parcel arrives, check the contents against the Advice Note. If they are not the same, please call Customer Services on 01614082268 or use the Contact Us page to notify us by email.

   
  Priority Delivery
  Need your goods even faster? Then take advantage of our Priority Delivery Service, by selecting the "Priority Delivery" option on the checkout page. There is an additional charge per order which covers any number of items. The priority delivery charge will be automatically calculated on the checkout page. At present we are unable to offer Priority Delivery in certain areas of mainland UK. This service is subject to availability of goods and your own credit status, and does not apply to personalised items or those dispatched direct from the manufacturer. The Priority Delivery price is given when you place order.

Please note that this is a signatory service and parcels will not be delivered without a signature to confirm receipt.

*Goods ordered onFriday, Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the Tuesday at the earliest of the following week.
 
  Any orders that you place will be shown on your next statement. Any items that you have not received but appear on the statement should be queried as soon as possible but no later than 56 days following the date of the order shown on the statement. If we have not received a query with respect to a possible non-delivery of any item within the 56 day period, we shall presume that the item(s) have been delivered.

While we will do everything possible to deliver your goods by the day specified, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made outside the stated schedule.
   
  Delivery Charges ( Outside our delivery van area)
  Please note, we reserve the right, to charge post & packing on each order placed outside our delivery van delivery area. When you see  symbol next to an item, there will be an ADDITIONAL delivery charge made. The amount of the ADDITIONAL charge appears on the symbol. Please note that the amount of the ADDITIONAL delivery charge will appear in your account transactions.
